SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We offer UPS, USPS, and local pickup shipping options at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping times of USPS and UPS and advise you to choose USPS Express or UPS 3 Day Express(versus priority mail) if your items are time sensitive. If you live near our studio, you may also opt to pick up your order free of charge. If you choose this option, we will notify you when your order is ready to pick up.

Shipping times do not include our in house printing times so please plan accordingly.

RETURNS

All custom stationery (custom applies to all items in the Wedding Category): We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed items. We may offer you replacements if you are not happy with your order. You must report any damages within 3 business days of receipt. Order must be mailed back to us and Papeterie reserves the right to deem whether it was our error before offering replacements.

Samples: We do not accept returns on sample orders or offer refunds.

Favor Boxes, Boxed Stationery, and Supplies: Returns within 30 days less shipping and 15% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to the return so that we can issue you a return code. Items must be returned in the condition as they were received and in quantity increments. For example, we cannot accept returns of two favor boxes as they are sold in sets of 10.

Damaged items during shipping: Items must be returned for equivalent replacement. We will not ship out replacement items until the original is returned. Papeterie will replace up to 5% of your entire order if your invitations are damaged during shipping. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
